I am very happy to reveal my new project: Starting this fall, I will be guest blogging for Marionnaud Switzerland. Those posts will be published in German and French and I will be showing you on a regular basis some of my beauty must-haves.
Thank you, Marionnaud, for the lovely introduction in the recent magazine!

Vogue Italia interviewed some of us bloggers during Luisaviaroma‘s Firenze4Ever last month. And I feel very honoured to have been part of it.
Moreover, the Italian fashion bible featured my style labs. Thank you very much!
Enjoy your weekend!

While you are reading this, I am off for one month to China. Hopefully I will have access to my blog, other social media platforms might be hard to use. Stay tuned for photos of my new adventure… Beijing, here I come!

The July/August issue of SI Style magazine featuring my monthly fashion column is available now. This time, I am telling you some “hairy anecdotes” that I experienced in my life. The last one just happened recently to my daughter and my beloved hair dresser Charles Aellen had to come on a Saturday evening to save us.
Greetings from Florence!

Such beautiful photos! H.S.H. Princess Charlène of Monaco wears Akris on the cover of the current issue of VOGUE Japan Health & Beauty and throughout a 6-pages feature about the charitable educational sports program for children organized by her „Princess Charlène of Monaco Foundation“. The Princess was styled by Albert Kriemler, Akris Creative Director, and her hair was down my very own Zurich based hair stylist Charles Aellen.
This is what I would call Swiss power… I love her clothes, her look and of course her hair!

Yesterday evening, I went to the launch party of SI Style‘s newest magazine edition: STYLE BEAUTY which will be available from today. The event took place at the beautiful Sonnenberg restaurant in Zurich. The room was filled with the who’s who of the Swiss beauty industry.
My look: Emerald green satin wrap-front dress by Lanvin, pound printed modal and cashmere-blend scarf and matching leather clutch, both by Mary Katrantzou, cuff by Stella McCartney, ring by Chanel, filigrane embellished gold-plated necklace by Dolce & Gabbana and Janis white pointy leather pumps by Saint Laurent.
If you like my emerald eye makeup, check out this previous post for a tutorial.

Today, I got back from a wonderful trip to Geneva with Nescens. The last weeks have been crazy with travelling, Los Angeles, Paris, next week, I will fly to London and Vienna. Therefore, I am so happy to have a very relaxing weekend ahead of me that I am planning to spend most of the time cuddled up in bed with my laptop. I have so many amazing things to show you.
For my Swiss based readers, I have also two reading suggestions for the weekend: First of all, my new column in the SI Style magazine is out now. This time, I am telling you a little bit more about my experience with the Fifty Shades of Grey triology. Second of all, the recent edition of Swiss News, the international magazine of Switzerland, is available now featuring a beautiful three-page portrait of one of my favourite designers, Mary Katrantzou.
And in case you are curious in which linen I will be all cuddled up, most of my bedding is by Christian Fischbacher. I just love their quality, fabrics and designs. The one you see in the photos is Cloque, one of my favourites as it doesn’t need to be ironed. Have a great weekend!
