British luxury automaker Aston Martin has debuted the Dragon 88 range of automobiles (DBS Volante, Virage Coupe and V8 Vantage S) at the Beijing Motor Show.
My favourite is the DBS Volante special edition “Year of the Dragon” that features bespoke details that pay tribute to the dragon, a creature that represents power and fortune in Chinese folklore. They take the form of 24-carat gold wing badges, embroidered headrests and commemorative sill plates. Just 88 examples were produced for each model and will only be available in China.
One of the exclusive colour options selected “to chime with traditional Chinese art and imagery” is burgundy in combination with bright red which I absolutely adore. And below you can see that this colour combo would look also stunning on you, ladies!
Burgundy collarless blouse by Miu Miu, red stretch pencil skirt by Diane von Furstenberg, red Tribtoo suede pumps by Yves Saint Laurent and small flap bag by Chanel (Vintage).

I love overalls and this gorgeous piece from the BOSS Black Pre-fall 2012 collection is absolutely divine. The cut and the pink colour are perfect together.
Overall “Demira” is available in selected Hugo Boss stores now for CHF 429.-.
The colour combination of bright pink and black is gorgeous. (For a previous post where I am wearing those two shades, click here).
Therefore I would combine the pink overall with those accessories below:
Suede shell clutch by Charlotte Olympia
Satin T-bar sandals by Alexander McQueen
A great outfit that works for all seasons!

When I came across those photos of Blake Lively last week on the set of Gossip Girl, I fell immediately in love with the colour combination of her aqua blue clutch by Emily Cho, the yellow of her bi-colour trenchoat by Reed Krakoff (S/S 2012 collection) and the pale pink of her pumps by Rupert Sanderson.
What do you think? Isn’t the Emily Cho clutch a little too similiar to the iconic folded-over style of the one made by Alexander McQueen?! And the prices are pretty much the same.
Which one would you buy? I would definitely go for De Manta clutch by McQueen…

After over one week in bed sick, I have been ready for some vibrant colours to embrace spring.
I really like the colour combination of orange and turquoise blue.
My look: Wool jacket with lamé trimand embellished wool-cashmere cardigan, both by Marc Jacobs, ballet flats by Dolce & Gabbana (similiar to the leather ballerina by Repetto), straight-leg pants by Stella McCartney, orange-coloured Birkin bag by Hermès, earrings by Christian Dior and striped scarf by Louis Vuitton.

Last night, I went to the Zurich Opera Ball. This is a black tie event taking place once a year at the opera house which marks a highlight on Switzerland’s event calendar.
My look: Cobalt blue silk-crepe gown by Stella McCartney, silk-organza floral collar (such a versatile piece that instantly transforms even the simplest of looks) and Angelica silk-satin appliquéd clutch, both by Gucci, Tribute violet suede sandals by Yves Saint Laurent, statement bracelet by Louis Vuitton, Lady Excalibur watch by Roger Dubuis and Diorette ring by Dior Haute Joaillerie.
I truly like those colours, cobalt blue mixed with different berry shades, together.
What do you think?

The last days that I spent with the Gucci crowd were amazing. I have so much to show you and I am still far behind with my New York adventures…
This was my outfit that I wore to the Gucci F/W 2012 show. It was quite difficult to pick something as we had to go straight after to the train station leaving for Florence. I am completely in love with the colour combination of emerald, blue and red. Isn’t it so chic?!
Midnight blue long military-style coat, red belted dress, emerald fur stole and shoes, all by Gucci, ring Diorette by Dior Haute Joiallerie and blue Boston python bag by Céline.

This was my look last week for a lunch meeting in Zurich. I love the colour combination of pink, brown and light grey – always preppy.
You might remember the dress because I wore it to the Gucci S/S 2012 show last September in Milan. For the previous, more colourful look, please click here. Good news is that this pink dress is on sale 50% off now and with its vibrant colour a great investment piece for the next season.
My look: Two-tone silk crepe de chine dress, alpaca and wool gilet, grey python bag, brown leather boots, all by Gucci, pink bleached denim scarf by Louis Vuitton, ring Diorette by Dior Haute Joaillerie and Lady Excalibur watch by Roger Dubuis.
On my lips: Rouge Allure Velvet 37 L’Exubérante by Chanel, a wonderful matte pink tone.
LoL, Sandra
I love this bleached denim scarf from Louis Vuitton’s S/S 2010 collection.

Red is a must next summer and in combination with nude and beige just irresistible.
Clare Waight Keller, who has replaced Chloé‘s Hannah MacGibbon, shows for her debut collection this colour combination in perfection.
If you are in the mood for shopping, have a look at this stunning outfit below, perfect for the cold temperatures now.
I personally absolutely adore the colour combination of red and nude, so French and so chic!
This rosette-embellished silk top by Lanvin will be a great addition to your wardrobe. It works best partnered with a simple pencil skirt or this trendy pleated leather skirt by Marc Jacobs. Stay warm during winter time with a cozy cardigan by Missoni and the gorgeous red flared wool princess coat by Issa. Add a classic bag such as the nude vitello bow-embellished leather tote by Miu Miu and some killer heels like thestudded open toe sandals by Valentino and you will me make heads turn.

Meet my London based friend Anouschka who has an amazing style. I truly love this outfit on her, the colour combination of red and burgundy is just divine.
Her look: Burgundy blazer by Stella McCartney, red lace skirt by Erdem, nude sweater by Miu Miu, earrings by Erickson Beamon, boots and clutch by Christian Louboutin.
By the way, the plain brown paper bag is a discreet shopping bag from net-à-porter. In London, you can receive your deliveries like that. Good to know, isn’t it?!
