My Look: Pink & Burgundy

Pink and burgundy – an unexpected color combination I absolutely adore. It feels sophisticated and different. The play between the lighter pink and darker burgundy provides quite the grounding contrast and when worn together it ensures you’ll turn heads everywhere you go.

My look: Concert leather-trimmed wool-blend coaticon, and Concert printed silk twill shirt dress, both by Zimmermann, VLOGO leather shoulder bag in pink, and Tan-Go patent leather platform pumps, both by Valentino, Dynasty oversized geometric-frame sunglasses by Balenciaga, and clip earrings by CHANEL (Métiers d’Art 2012 Paris – Bombay).

My Look: Goodbye Summer

The Voiles de St. Tropez is one of the most prestigious regattas in the Mediterranean. Both ultramodern yachts and rare wooden yachts participate in it. This year, it takes place between September 24, 2022 until October 8, 2022. However, I have a dilemma as everything happens at the same time. Paris Fashion Week and Zurich Film Festival are also on my schedule, as well as my sister’s wedding. It is also the end of summer and I would love to stroll again through the tiny streets of St. Tropez in this floral combination as I did in July.

My look: Belted jumpsuit with floral poppy print, frayed floppy floral linen hat, and poppy print silk scarf, all by Zimmermann, heart shape bag, logo printed sandals with 100mm heel, and long logo earrings, all by CHANEL.

My Look: Windy

Mykonos is also known as the «Island of the Winds». Indeed, Mykonos can be extremely windy. It is rare to find windless days in the islands but thankfully I was not affected unduly. However, of course, the day when we shot several looks, the wind was extreme as you can see.

I love this black and white look by Jacquemus. The label is the brainchild of Simon Porte Jacquemus, a thirtysomething designer‚ who is gaining more and more in popularity. His key to success? An innate ability to create viral hits and to quickly convert new collections into revenue at a price point unheard of in luxury fashion.

My look: Baci cropped gathered organic cotton-jersey T-shirticon, and Draio cutout shell midi skirticon, by Jacquemus, LV Link square sunglasses by Louis Vuitton, Niki mini studded quilted textured-leather shoulder bag by Saint Laurent, and quilted leather mulesicon by Bottega Veneta.

My Look: Ticket to Paradise

This is my outfit I wore to the Swiss premiere of Ticket to Paradise. A movie I can only recommend to watch. Julia Roberts and George Clooney play fantastically together, the plot is fun and you’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery. A rom-com at its best. To get tickets, click here.

As the movie plays on a tropical Indonesian island, I went for this fun outfit. Don’t you like my sunnies with the parrot?! In German we say «einen Vogel haben (to have a bird)» which means to be crazy. And yes, indeed, I am crazy for fashion!

My look: Patchwork print silk shirt, blue cropped top with logo, and matching blue pop stretch leggings, patchwork print platform sandals, tropical parrot sunglasses, Kendra straw basket with embroideries, oversized gold-tone, leather, crystal and faux pearl clip earringsicon, and short necklace with patchwork details and rhinestonesicon, all by Dolce & Gabbana.

My Look: Wow!

Reflecting the Italian temperament and lust for life like no other, I love PUCCI beachwear. Nothing beats a head-to-toe printed look. I absolutely adore when my bikini matches the outfit as shown here during my stay at the Blue Palace Resort in Crete. Brightly colored accessories, pink retro-inspired sunglasses, and fun rubber sandals, give the ensemble an exquisitely trendy note.

My look: Turquoise and pink printed jersey top, matching printed jersey pants, printed bikini top, and matching bikini bottoms, all by Emilio PucciDiorSignature B1U cat-eye acetate and gold-tone sunglasses by Dioricon, GG buckled rubber sandals by Gucciicon, Jodie mini knotted leather toteicon by Bottega Veneta, and Oyster Perpetual 36 with a turquoise blue dial by Rolex.

My Look: Luxe Hippie

Everyone is into a retro denim style this year, with wide-leg jeans being a major must-have. This trend cycles through every decade, and it’s returning as a massive staple in 2022. I especially love this pair with its printed inserts. It reminds me so much of the ’90s when we were sewing these details into the side seams of our jeans. Luxe hippie at its best!

The photos were taken at Clinique La Prairie, where I cannot wait to go back after all the fashion week craziness.

My look: Cropped ruffled printed top, and matching wide-leg jeans with printed inserts (Look 7 Cruise 2021), green flap pocket bag with colorful strap (Look 5 Pre-collection Summer 2021), all by CHANELJodie suede platform sandalsicon by Saint Laurent, oversized gold-tone, leather, crystal and faux pearl clip earrings by Dolce & Gabbana, and oversized metal frame sunglassesicon by Gucci.

My Look: Mykonos

As promised here is the outfit post featuring the very daring Mugler dress with the Fendi wallet on chain, shot in Mykonos where I spent a great time in August. The fusion of the rocky landscape and the dark blue sea creates a special atmosphere. The sunsets are divine and every spot seems to be extra picturesque.

My look: Cutout paneled tulle midi dress by Muglerlimited edition FF Vertigo Continental leather chain wallet by Fendi, Whisper metallic leather wedge sandalsicon by Aquazzura,  gold-tone crystal earrings by Oscar de la Renta, and sunglasses by Fendi.

My Look: Sporty in Crete

Hello from Crete! Finally I am on «real» vacation, which means for me, no make-up, curly hair, lots of sports, reading and sleeping. I am staying at the Blue Palace Resort, located between the small fishing village of Plaka and the increasingly chic port of Elounda in one of their Island Luxury Suites, that features a private pool, and a beautiful spacious outdoor area. I have barely left my room so far and exercised on my terrace in this fucking fanastic outfit!

My look: Pralù cropped embellished ribbed-knit cardigan, Valensole ribbed-knit braletteicon, and Arancia ribbed-knit shortsicon, all by Jacquemus, Double-Up hat, and Fucking Fantastic socks, all by Ayda, and Balenciaga Triple S sneaker by Balenciaga x adidas.

My Look: Beach Please

Beach please! This has definitely been «My Big Fat Greek Summer» so far. After being in the South of France for the month of July, I have spent August on several Greek islands. Santorini, Mykonos and now I am in Crete, on holidays from the holidays. I know it sounds bad but St. Tropez and Mykonos are all about the good life and party. Therefore I am happy to finally have some quiet and relaxing time with my daughter.

This outfit has become one of my favorites for the beach as you can easily transform it into an evening dinner look.

My look: Mare cropped fringed metallic crochet-knit halterneck jumpsuit by Missoni, Foulard Cheville scarf & leather sandalsicon by Christian Louboutin, green flap pocket bag with colorful strap (Look 5 Pre-collection Summer 2021) and multicolored bikini bandeau top and matching briefs, all by CHANEL, Rose Céleste necklace, Rose des Vents and Rose Céleste necklace, and Astro Dior aquarius necklace, all by Dior Fine Jewelry, andicon Audrey wayfarer sunglasses by Celine.

My Look: Catsuit Love

As promised in yesterday’s post, I will show you how to sport a catsuit. It doesn’t need to be a style for the night only. How cool is this color-blocking combination for a day in Saint Tropez. The photos were taken inside the little gardens of the beautiful Byblos Hotel.

My look: Silk satin headband, and cutout halterneck jumpsuit, both by Saint Laurent, gold-tone crystal belt by Gucci, One Rockstud bag in ultra marine green by Valentino, hoop earrings and mules with multicolored letters, both by CHANEL.
