A common refrain during the COVID-19 pandemic: Life is a blur. The days all seem to blend together — is it Tuesday or Friday? It’s Thursday! Before the lockdown, my week consisted of a handful of recurring activities, obligations and other plans. I knew it is Thursday because I am my having my yoga class. Being stuck at home has completely distorted my sense of time. I have to remind myself which day of the week it actually is. Therefore, I decided to make life feel a little more normal by adding a routine to my week and by dressing up in a very comfy way when working at my desk. Today’s look has become actually my favorite quarantine outfit!
However, I am spending even more time looking at my screen with multiple Zoom Meetings, so many posts to be written and changes to adapt. Therefore a ritual that has become pretty additive for me is the application of my LA MER EYE CONCENTRATE. It adds some structure to my life in quarantine, helps me to focus when my thoughts are drifting away at home.
My look: GG logo jersey jacket, matching GG logo jersey sweat pants, red T-shirt with tennis embroidery, Rajah large embellished leather-trimmed tweed tote, Dionysus leather-trimmed bouclé-tweed shoulder bag, Angelina crystal-embellished tweed sandals, all by Gucci, bow-detailed embellished satin headband by Prada, and hoop earrings by CHANEL.

Today is World Dance Day, a global celebration of dance, that takes place every year on 29 April. Ever since I was a little girl dance has always been my favorite sport.
When house cleaning sucks, especially with no help during quarantine, I love to dress up, put the music on and dance while doing chores. So much more fun and thanks to my new noise-cancelling headphones (for more infos, see yesterday’s post here) nobody gets disturbed.
Let’s face it — It’s more productive to clean the house while singing and dancing to a catchy tune.

For my birthday, I wore this combination that I truly adore. The way the flowers are attached to the dress and bag is so artful. However, the combination of lace adds this unexpected twist. Looking back at these photos made me realize how much I miss my girlfriends, how much I miss these beautiful and careless lunches we spent together. Let’s hope that we will be soon back to normal.
My Look: Sheer mini cotton-blend cape, flower embellishments lace and cady dress, fiori appliquéd satin tote and red crystal-embellished leather pumps, all by Prada, JUSTE UN CLOU bracelet in rose gold with diamonds, LOVE bracelet in rose gold with 4 diamonds, and LOVE ring with diamonds, all by CARTIER, True diamond ring by Tiffany & Co., Diorette ring and earrings, both by Dior Haute Joaillerie, and Tonda 1950 Galaxy by Parmigiani Fleurier.

You can’t touch me there, you can’t touch my body
Unless I say so, ain’t your barbie, no»

This weekend I enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather and played a little dress up in my garden. I hope you like this boudoir-style old Hollywood glamour as much as I do.

Candy colors I love – we look cute together. Madame de Pompadour and Marie Antoinette would surely agree with me as they are best known for favoring hues such as baby blue and pale pink in particular. Those soft and sweet feminine shades represent a dramatic break with the dark and moody colors often favored in wintertime, which has long given pastels a strong affiliation with the spring and summer months. For me at the moment, they represent a new beginning and the association with holidays and escapism after those quarantine days.
My look: Stagno coat in light blue by Max Mara, single-breasted floral-lace jacket, partial-lined flared lace trousers, and crystal-embellished sunglasses, all by Gucci, white knitted polo shirt by CHANEL, Love 100 pumps by Jimmy Choo, crystal-embellished leather phone case by Prada, GG Running 18-karat white gold diamond ring and GG Running 18-karat white gold diamond double ring, both by Gucci Fine Jewellery.
Follow my rule: «Better wear candy than eat it… !»

I love being active and try to do lots of workouts at home during quarantine to stay fit. I truly miss my weekly pilates class with Karolina Schmid and cannot wait until her studio opens again. Great news for my Zurich based readers: she will be opening another studio in Höngg with PILATESwiss wall boards and classes in June.
Whatever your favorite workout might be, the right activewear makes it even more fun. Hit the gym in Versace’s Greek key-infused pieces that elevate your casual look.

DO NOT READ THE NEXT SENTENCE.
You little rebel. I like you.
Reverse psychology is motivating a person to do something by telling him or her the exact opposite. By showing you how beautiful it is to be outside at the lake doing some exercises, I am actually hoping you will stay inside as much as possible so that this corona nightmare will hopefully soon come to an end. Dress up at home, it elevates your mood and comfy can be stylish, too!
My look: Reverse Psychology-print cotton-blend jumpsuit by Natasha Zinko, chain necklace, small messenger flap bag in Tiffany blue (Cruise 2019) and butterfly sunglasses with grey pearl chain, all by CHANEL, Ultrapace mid-top sneaker by Gucci, and Royal Oak 37mm 18-karat frosted rose gold watch by Audemars Piguet.

When it’s cold outside, your first thought isn’t about looking cool; it’s usually just about how to keep from freezing. However, style and practicability can go together very well. For its second season, the CHANEL Coco Neige F/W 2019 collection has continued to redefine an outdoor winter wardrobe with new techniques, volumes, textures and patterns. The snow shoes for example come with a tool to activate spikes on the bottom to grip the icy roads. Here you see me wearing a full look at Bagatelle Courchevel during «Lion’s Run» in the beginning of February 2020. Who would have thought that the world would be so different only a few weeks later…?!
My look: White and black printed canvas blouson, matching snow pants, pink and white striped cashmere and wool sweater, matching scarf, waist bag, and snow boots with spikes on the bottom, all by CHANEL (Coco Neige Collection F/W 2019), and leopard print lens sunglasses by Dolce & Gabbana.
