Greetings from Capri! I am back on Christina O … this summer is buzzing with life. Sunbathing and chilling with friends in a great outfit, what else can I wish for?! It is hard to see on the pictures but the dress is embellished with crystals and sparkles beautifully in the sun.

I absolutely love the Maldives. Being a dreamy couple’s escape, I enjoy this precious time with my better half. From candlelit dinners under starry skies, to movie nights on the beach and boat trips to spot dolphins at sunset. Every day offers something different. In between I have a lot of fun shooting some outfit posts by myself at our private beach. The weather constantly changes from sunshine to rain as you can perfectly see in those pictures and my layers.
My look: Lorna jumpsuit in black, Lorna cupped bikini top in pink, and matching Lorna bikini bottom in pink, all by Agent Provocateur, color-block ribbed knit cardigan by Christopher John Rogers, DiorSignature B1U cat-eye acetate and gold-tone sunglasses by Dior, GG buckled rubber sandals by Gucci, Ras Du Cou silver-tone, shell and beaded necklace, and gold-tone and shell choker, both by Isabel Marant.

A cutout swimsuit may be a straight-up no-no for some, with very bizarre tan lines being too much of a risk, but given that cutouts are a major S/S 2022 fashion trend this year, you might want to change your mind. This season, they are absolutely trending, preferably in black. Below you can find my absolute favorites. Just click on the highlighted text to be transferred directly.

New Alaïa, new denim! I am such a huge fan of Pieter Mulier‘s first collection for Alaïa. Four years after Alaïa’s passing, the Belgian designer, who was Raf Simons right hand before, created a collection with so many amazing pieces that pay homage to Azzedine Alaïa‘s greatest hits, including body-sculpting knitwear, multi-strap corset belts, and hooded silhouettes evocative of Alaïa’s North African roots. As Pieter said, he wanted his first collection for the French house to be «a return to foundations.» I bought many pieces, among them this beautiful denim look that I photographed on the streets of Paris and that you will hopefully like as much as I do.
My look Hooded denim and stretch-knit thong bodysuit, and high-rise straight-leg jeans, both by Alaïa, Yigit silk-satin platform pumps by Amina Muaddi, Milena embellished metallic embroidered tulle and satin bra, and Milena black lace thong, both by Agent Provocateur, video tape clutch by Louis Vuitton, and cat-eye tortoiseshell-acetate sunglasses by Bottega Veneta.

Halloween hits – loosen the reins and strip off your inhibitions with Agent Provocateur‘s spooky collection. From deep plum tulle tie-side briefs and mini-tulle pom-poms with gold tone embroidered «Spooky» to rear, to the punk rock infused Devlinn T-Shirt, provocation is the common thread.
No tricks, just treats.

I told you already about my obsession with Ellery‘s playful to-die-for kick-flare trousers that billow out in a way that’s reminiscent of a mermaid tail. Now, you see me wearing them in combination with some more ruffles, a huge trend for S/S 2017.
My look: Ruffled silk chiffon cropped top by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Alejandro ruffled-panel cropped jeans by Ellery, 2.55 quilted bag with attached hanger and shiny black and gold sunglasses, both by Chanel, logo detail heel pumps by Saint Laurent, Essential V sautoir necklace and Petite Malle iPhone 7 cover, both by Louis Vuitton, lace bra by Agent Provocateur and wide band in metal by Gucci.

Last fall, I was invited to a really fun party in London. The invite said to wear an accessory or a full look dedicated to the X-Men movies. I went through my closet – as I hate real costumes – to put an outfit together that would come as close as possible. And I think I succeeded pretty well.
My look: Cropped fur jacket by Givenchy, plunge-neck stretch-jersey jumpsuit and metal and leather wide belt, both by Balmain, fringed Monogram bag in gold by Saint Laurent, Chiki stretch-lace plunge bra and Chiki stretch-lace briefs, both by Agent Provocateur, brass eagle and cross earrings by Emilio Pucci, cocktail ring by Roberto Cavalli and suede overknee boots by Dior.

Last week when it was still so hot in the city, I wore this very light white dress to the office. It was a very productive day as we got the October issue of L’Officiel Switzerland almost on its way… and how happy we were about it can you see at the end of this post.
My look: Sachi voile maxi dress by Isabel Marant, Annoushka lace underwired bra and Annoushka lace briefs, both Agent Provocateur, lace print bag and embellished wedge sandals, both by Prada, Printed iPhone 6 case by Moschino, necklace and set of bangles, both by Chanel, Lady Excalibur watch by Roger Dubuis, ring «Mitza» by Dior Haute Joaillerie and sunglasses «Reflected» by Dior.

This week, I spent some amazing days in Gstaad at THE ALPINA GSTAAD (for more information about the hotel, please click here for a previous post) in their new Kiki de Montparnasse Love Suite that I am eager to tell you more about soon. One evening, I enjoyed an amazing dinner at the hotel’s Sommet restaurant that has one Michelin star and 18/20 Gault Millau points. Renowned chef Marcus G. Lindner knows how to spoil your senses. Here you see me right before dinner.
My look: Wool twill jacket, animal-print calf hair mini skirt, embroidered cotton-blend mesh and silk shirt, Janis pumps with studs and Cassandre small suede shoulder bag, all by Saint Laurent, Chiki stretch-lace plunge bra and Chiki stretch-lace briefs, both by Agent Provocateur and Satin Touch 20 denier stockings by Wolford.
