Today I am on my way to Ischia and Capri for the weekend and I am so much looking forward to being back. Last time I was there was for the opening of the Aquazzura store one year ago. The brand’s founder & creative director, Edgardo Osorio, invited us to the island for a weekend of pure fun that I have only shared in my IG stories so far. Here is my outfit that I wore for the first night. We enjoyed sunset cocktails at the beautiful JK Place Capri. A magical place for Edgardo and his partner Ricardo. Here the name Aquazzura was created during a sunset dinner overlooking the bay. It comes from the words ‘acqua’ and ‘azzurra’, which means blue water in Italian. Edgardo has always been in love with the sea and the sun, and wanted the name of his brand to both evoke his love for Italy and to remind him of Capri.
My look: Cropped button-embellished jacquard-knit blazer (also available in beige), cropped button-embellished pointelle-knit top (also available in peach), and button-embellished ribbed stretch-knit midi skirt (also available in peach), all by Balmain, Jodie mini knotted leather tote by Bottega Veneta, Whisper metallic leather wedge sandals by Aquazzura, earrings by CHANEL, Clash de Cartier ring in 18K rose gold with amazonite by Cartier, and Royal Oak 37mm 18-karat frosted rose gold watch by Audemars Piguet.

Ladies, step away from the sweatpants, we are falling back in love with denim this summer. From the bootcut to the rebirth of ’90s baggy jeans, the choices are versatile. One thing is for sure… say good-bye for now to the typical skinny jeans. Opt for versions with special details such as the Mugler ones.
I put together a selection of styles to simplify your search for summer jeans that all made it into my closet. Enjoy those patchwork styles, revived vintage models, and those new cuts and unexpected seams.
Levi’s Re-Edition 517 high-rise bootcut jeans by Valentino
Jeans don’t really get any cooler than Levi’s®, especially when they’re made in collaboration with Valentino.
High-rise slim jeans, paneled low-rise straight-leg jeans, high-rise skinny jeans, all by Mugler
Personally speaking, the best jeans of the season. Different and new, and so sexy.
High-rise skinny jeans by Burberry
Those jeans are traced with contrast topstitching that depicts hearts at the front and back.
Denim shorts by Balmain
These shorts are meant to look like they’re being worn backwards. How cool is that?!
Frayed denim shorts by Saint Laurent
Those cargo-like pockets are a flattering detail with a distinctly vintage feel.
Belted high-rise boyfriend jeans by Balmain
Boyfriend jeans are the cut of the season and a cool alternative to all those skinny jeans we wore in recent years.
High-rise flared jeans by Alexander McQueen
Reminiscent of popular styles from the ’70s, they make your legs look 2 meters long.
Happy Shopping!

Today’s look is all about enhancing the timeless, retro-influenced mood that is trending at the moment. Reinvigorate your wardrobe with the bold and vibrant designs everyone has their sights on. My striped outfit is from the Ken Scott x Gucci collection that I absolutely adore.
Ken Scott was an American designer who resided in Milan in the 60s and 70s. He was known as the «fashion gardener» for his colourful, oversized botanical prints and vibrant colors. Alessandro Michele worked with Scott’s archive to incorporate his prints on signature House designs: «Ken Scott was a really great creator of fabrics, he mapped out flowers with romanticism and flowers into pop culture. He treated flowers like shop signs, he multiplied them, turned them into something that stood out. I like his work because I am obsessed with floral prints.»
I went for the less obvious print, instead of flowers I feel in love with those rainbow stripes. The perfect outfit for enjoying the change of the season, as I did on this beautiful day at Gstaad Palace hotel in the end of February.
My look: Rainbow-print linen top, matching rainbow-print linen trousers, gold-tone crystal belt, and 1955 Horsebit leather-trimmed crocheted shoulder bag, all by Gucci, lace-up leather-trimmed mesh pumps by Bottega Veneta, wide brim straw hat by Balmain, Clash de Cartier ring in 18K rose gold with amazonite by Cartier, and Royal Oak 37mm 18-karat frosted rose gold watch by Audemars Piguet.

Lollapalooza, the American music festival, is taking a luxury gloss for its Paris edition and invites you to a tailor-made event in collaboration with Balmain and Jean Imbert to celebrate together the essence of Lolla Paris: music, fashion and gastronomy, for a bucolic and musical picnic on Sunday July 19th on the lush green grounds of the beautiful Hippodrome ParisLongchamp (2 Route des Tribunes, 75016 Paris), the popular horse-racing complex. In the wake of the corona pandemic, it is possible because France allows 5000 capacity events, but it is vastly downsized compared to previous years.
Balmain created a designer picnic blanket, while chef Jean Imbert took care of the gourmet nibbles and Veuve Cliquot to indulge completely.
Building upon Balmain and Lollapallooza’s long-term commitment to supporting the life-saving work of (RED), the ticket sales will be used to support The Global Fund COVID-19 response.
Indeed, the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a catastrophic impact on the globe’s most vulnerable communities. To help raise awareness and funds for this initiative, Olivier Rousteing has customized five pairs of the house’s best-selling Balmain Sneakers, as well as several collector’s picnic blankets to be sold online on the day of the event—with all profits raised going to The Global Fund’s COVID-19 Response.

After Lion’s Run, I drove directly to Gstaad for an amazing birthday party with the motto «Wild West». Everybody got dressed in olde-Western-style and we partied until the early morning. I had a lot of things in my closet matching the fun theme, that was loved by both, men and women.
My look: Button-embellished fringed suede vest, cropped fringed sequined denim top, and fringed embellished mid-rise straight-leg jeans, all by Balmain, Paris metallic leather ankle boots by Saint Laurent, Tess small embossed two-tone leather shoulder bag by Chloé, earrings and Paris-Dallas western necklace, both by CHANEL, rodeo style belt by Ralph Lauren, fur tail by Dolce & Gabbana, and matte logo embossed cowboy hat by Gucci.

For Resort 2020, many designers got inspired by the wild west radiated through fringe, beading, and even paillettes. Getting into the trend is as simple as choosing a suede jacket from Altuzarra or Balmain. I am invited in one week in the mountains for a western-themed party and cannot wait to transform myself into a cowgirl. Yee-haw!

Capes appeared on the fashion radar last year in full force, when an array of designers put their high-fashion spin on this classic cover-up. Personally speaking, I have been a fan of capes since forever because they are the perfect pieces to wear over voluminous shoulders, big sleeves or embellishments. The trend is thankfully still going strong and giving us good incentive to go hands-free when we wrap up this season. My advice, opt for a statement piece that will make heads turn. It can be inspired by the current ’70s bourgeoisie trend, come with a military vibe, be vibrant or knitted. Here are my favorite ones available with the power to elevate even the plainest of outfits.
