Greetings from Lake Como, where I am staying at one of my favorite hotels in the world, Villa d’Este. It is simply a heaven in one of Italy’s most desirable locations: Cernobbio. This Renaissance era palace is a portal to another world, with a touch of Italian Old World charm it is a true luxurious experience. Walking through the beautiful gardens, I am wearing my favorite summer uniform, a floral Zimmermann gown and a Bottega Veneta bag. The linen fabrics are easy to pack and look great even a little bit wrinkled.
My look: Zinnia floral-print linen midi dress and Aurora oversized butterfly acetate sunglasses, both by Zimmermann, Almost Bare metallic leather sandals by Aquazzura, Jodie mini knotted leather tote by Bottega Veneta and Royal Oak 37mm 18-karat frosted rose gold watch by Audemars Piguet.
Looking at the terrible news from Beirut, I am so thankful that I am in such a beautiful and safe environment. Sending prayers to Lebanon. Everyone, stay safe! It is not the easiest time we are living in at the moment. So enjoy every day to the fullest!
LoL, Sandra

Last week, I indulged in a shopping spree at the Falconeri store in Zurich, located at Bahnhofstrasse 104 on the first floor, on top of Intimissimi. Check out today’s Instagram stories to see all the different looks. It was hard to choose. I went for this outfit because it is extremely comfortable yet stylish and glam, perfect for traveling. The color combination of dark blue, vivid green and orange is divine.
My look: Cashmere blazer, cropped green silk blouse, and dark blue flared trousers, all by Falconeri, embellished necklace with coin charm by Oscar de la Renta, Ambra plateau sandals by Gianvito Rossi, and Cassette Intrecciato leather cross-body bag by Bottega Veneta.

Seeking sartorial sunshine? If the season’s tropical prints were any fresher, they’d still be on the tree. A great way to indulge in holiday memories of far away destinations… I miss travelling so much. Speaking of which, Happy 4th of July to my American friends and readers. I wish I could celebrate with you!

I love the new Bottega, so many cool pieces that can elevate your looks to new heights. My favorite barely there sandals that wrap around the ankles have already reached cult status. I love this clever styling trick (see trouser tuck) which means no more tailoring needed. For more sandals like those, visit the previous post here.
My look: High-neck long-sleeved jersey top, high-rise wide-leg silk trousers, wood and intrecciato leather clutch, and wrap-around snake-effect leather sandals, all by Bottega Veneta, BB clip-on earring by Balenciaga, and FF-print round acetate sunglasses by Fendi, «Mitza» ring by Dior Fine Jewellery and chain belt by CHANEL.

I am truly counting down the days until life will hopefully back to normal. I miss travelling, a good party among friends, going dancing and dressing up not only for the bathroom… This Ralph & Russo sweater has become my absolute favorite spring piece as you can change its look so easily. Cut from the softest white cashmere, it detaches at the asymmetric neckline and blouson sleeve, depending on how you want to style it.
My look: Convertible asymmetric cashmere sweater by Ralph & Russo, fake fur fox toy stole by Moschino, appliquéd merino wool-felt beret by Burberry, chain-embellished macramé and leather pumps by Bottega Veneta, dark blue leather pants and Mini Dauphine bag, both by Louis Vuitton.

Yesterday marked the launch of Louis Vuitton‘s LV Pont 9 shoulder bag. The Maison’s most important bag debut of the year is available in five colours. I went for blue which will officially launch on June 26. This French-chic shoulder bag takes cues from both the past and present, and got its name from the famous Pont Neuf bridge in Paris. The design is a classic silhouette of a flap bag, with smooth curved edges and a vintage appeal.
My look: Coated cotton-blend midi dress and chain-embellished macramé and leather pumps, both by Bottega Veneta, wool-jacquard cape by Burberry, LV Pont 9 shoulder bag in blue by Louis Vuitton, and Aurora oversized butterfly acetate sunglasses by Zimmermann.

If you are living in Zurich, you will love a stroll through Belvoirpark with its wisteria-covered lanes and beautiful garden arrangements. Here you see me enjoying the lovely flowers that matched my outfit on a sunny afternoon this week. Isn’t it wonderful that we also have a Wisteria Lane like in Desperate Housewives?
My look: Sabina ruffled crinkled silk-georgette maxi dress by Ulla Johnson, Eacharpe shell, feather and silver-tone necklace by Isabel Marant, croc-effect leather slingback pumps by Fendi, The Pouch chain-embellished gathered leather clutch by Bottega Veneta, and plissé sunglasses by Dolce Gabbana.
