Introducing an iconic new designer collaboration … Mugler is teaming up with H&M to celebrate an ode to curves and lines of the body, with each piece possessing the incomparable Mugler appeal. Consisting of sheer details, reworked denim and sharp tailoring, and the usual suspects of sensual bodysuits and cut-outs, the collaboration will not skimp on the brand’s extravagance and its inclusive and boundary-pushing aesthetic. Having broken ground just before the house’s founder, Manfred Thierry Mugler, passed away in January 2022, the project was given an especially significant purpose in realising and honouring his vision.

Casey Cadwallader, who has lead the brand as creative director since 2018, has designed a dramatic and empowering collection that celebrates freedom, self-expression and diversity, featuring a mix of stunning new pieces and signature Mugler looks, including several archive remakes.

Amaarae, Shygirl, Eartheater and Arca worked with producer Ashland Mines to create an exclusive campaign anthem — a reimagined version of Stardust’s 1998 hit ‘Music Sounds Better with You’. The star-studded music video, featuring a brilliant cast of icons, artists and friends of the brand, was directed by Torso and styled by Haley Wollens.

Casey has done such an incredible job at paying homage to history, and to the archive, while making the collection totally contemporary. Under him, Mugler has become one of the most innovative and exciting houses on today’s fashion landscape.»

Mugler H&M will give fashion lovers a chance to own a piece of the brand’s legendary history and become a part of its dynamic present.

«I was determined that this collection be true Mugler,» Casey Cadwallader emphasized. «The details and quality of every piece had to be exactly as we do them, and I wanted to showcase the energy of Mugler, which has always been about clothes that allow for personal liberation. You can be so many different versions of yourself in Mugler.»

Back in  the ’80s Wolford launched an exclusive two-set collection with Manfred Thierry Mugler. Now, forty years later, the two house reunite again. This season, Wolford teams up with Mugler for a visionary collaboration: an exclusive collection combining the Austrian brand’s signature skinwear with the French Maison’s world-renowned, couture attitude.

The brands’ shared passion for craftsmanship and materials shines in this concise collection of expressive pieces. Together, Mugler Creative Director Casey Cadwallader and Wolford’s skinwear experts designed a versatile selection of styles that celebrate the beauty, sexiness, and sensuality of the body.

«Wolford is the world’s leader of second skin, so their expertise and finesse are must-haves for Mugler. I have been so lucky to see their latest innovations, their archives, and to work directly with the Wolford team to make this new collection,» Cadwallader said in a press release.

The result: a limited edition of twelve meticulous pieces that combine refined flocking technique, sensual shaping functionality and enhanced tailoring features to set a new standard in alluring, avant-garde fashion. For the campaign, Wolford and Mugler have tapped photographer Zhong Lin to shoot those amazing photos showing Lara Stone, Sora Choi and Aj Yel.

I can’t wait to experience these songs with you together live!» — Dua Lipa on her excitement for the tour.

Finally after having been postponed several times due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, English singer Dua Lipa is touring around the world with her «Future Nostalgia» show. It began on February 9, 2022 in Miami and will conclude on November 16, 2022 of that year in Perth, with several shows throughout North America, Europe, Latin America and Oceania.

I loved Dua Lipa’s show in Zurich, especially because Dua Lipa’s «Future Nostalgia Tour» is filled with designer catsuits. You know how much I adore these kind of clothes. I showed up in one by Saint Laurent myself for the concert (outfit post coming up soon).

The mood masterminded by her stylist, Lorenzo Posocco, for the tour is definitely body-con. The singer first captivated fans in Zurich’s Hallenstadion in a daringbright custom neon pink Balenciaga catsuit, which featured a lingerie-inspired corseted bodice, built-in heels (part of the famous pantaleggings look), a textured floral pattern and matching opera gloves.

Of course, one catsuit is never enough, and for her another major look of the show, Dua Lipa and her stylist collaborated with Casey Cadwallader of Mugler on a couture paneled catsuit. The bodysuit features the sheer and opaque body-defining panels Cadwallader has become known for, though this time the entire piece was rhinestoned, meaning even those in the back of the stadium could see Lipa glisten.
