Browsing through Instagram, I saw a picture of my dear friend Yasmin von Schlieffen, that gave me a big smile and made my day. On the photo, the Hamburg based owner of the PR agency «Mrs Politely» and mother of three boys wore a T-shirt reminiscent of the GUCCI TEE everyone is craving at the moment but instead of the iconic label it said MUTTI. (For my readers who don’t understand German, this is a word for mummy that you would use for an old-fashioned mum but in a kind of cute way – still my daughter is not allowed to use it and the same goes for me with my mum. If I called her Mutti, she would be freaking out. We call our German chancellor Angela Merkel «Mutti», I think now you finally got what I mean).
This T-shirt is a must for me. It is available at shop-hellolove.de (E-mail: contact@shop-hellolove.de, Phone: +49 40 33450933, Address: Eppendorfer Weg 283
20251 Hamburg/Germany).
Yasmin’s look: «Mutti» Tee by Hello Love, jeans by Zara, pearl necklace by Gabriele Frantzen, shopper by Chanel, Y charm by Iphoria and Princetown embroidered slipper by Gucci. Let’s admit completely without Gucci is difficult these days :-).
To all the Muttis out there, have a lovely day!

Cherish the last days of summer, soon it will be time for tights and knitwear again, which of course can be fun as well. Stripes are still trending, make sure you are not putting those away. This is your first step to great fall style.
My look: Belted suede jacket by Gucci, striped knit top and matching striped skirt, both by Salvatore Ferragamo, metallic-trimmed leather clutch and Paris ankle boots, both by Saint Laurent, leather and suede waist belt by Balmain and floral sunglasses by Chanel.

Last Saturday, I drove back from my detox week in Baden-Baden to arrive punctually for Street Parade in Zurich. Time to retox…! I always love to enjoy the most attended technoparade in Europe in the safe surroundings of the beautiful garden of the Hotel Baur au Lac.
My look: Embellished striped wool and linen-blend and leather bomber jacket, Candy embellished suede and leather platform sandals and metallic patchwork camera bag, all by Saint Laurent, Cayleigh flared-sleeve cutout jumpsuit by Hervé Léger, «Blow in Case of Fashion Emergency» necklace by Chanel and round sunglasses with hearts by Miu Miu.

Dolce & Gabbana‘s new Ortensia Collection for Pre-fall 2017 evokes an English garden in Sicily, with hydrangea petals in varying colors that come to life on beautiful dresses and accessories. I have fallen in love with the print immediately.
Looking for the perfect background to photograph this look, I came across the Meggenhorn Castle near Lucerne. Built in 1868/70, it is surrounded by vine yards and has Switzerland’s largest hydrangea collection that is open to the public throughout the entire year. It is a Swiss heritage site of national significance and absolutely worth the visit. Also a great spot to get married.
My look: Hydrangea-print sleeveless cotton-poplin dress and floral sunglasses, both by Dolce & Gabbana, emerald green satin mules and Shopper Bistrot Panier S straw tote, both by Balenciaga and choker with evil eye symbol by Chanel.

Just a casual Friday chilling and relaxing at the beautiful Villa Stéphanie in Baden-Baden.
My look: Printed cotton tunic and matching printed reversible triangle bikini, both by Emilio Pucci (also available at Eden Being), leopard printed Beatrice shopper by Dolce & Gabbana, metallic fabric sandals by Gucci, floral sunglasses by Chanel, and beaded necklace by Etro.
The perfect way to relax for me is to indulge in a book. My favorite author at the moment is Berlin based Sebastian Fitzek. His thrillers are so captivating, you won’t be able to put them down.
Here I am standing in the garden of the Villa Stéphanie next to the statue «Gold Candy» by Laurence Jekell that is available for purchase through the Eden Being boutique located on the ground floor of the Brenner’s Park Hotel for around € 40.000.
I am wishing all of you a happy and relaxing weekend!

Sometimes it feels good to take a hike, to take some time off and then go on a hike. Switzerland offers so many beautiful spots with its breathtaking beauty – just perfect to recharge your batteries.

Exposed shoulders have become the latest and personally speaking the chicest way to show some skin. Even a modest cold-shoulder aesthetic makes the difference. And unlike legs, this body part always looks good, which means, great news, you can skip a cardio class or two. But if the skirt is short, better not… just saying. I also like the color combination of sky-blue, peach and beige and hope you do, too!
My look: Sky-blue Sandringham cotton-gabardine trench coat and Bloomsbury bag in hand-painted leather, both by Burberry, Estelle cutout bandage mini dress by Hervé Léger, leather platform pumps by Gucci, cocktail ring by Roberto Cavalli and earrings by Chanel.
Happy Swiss National Day to all my Swiss readers! Let’s smile and have fun today!

Perched on a hilltop in Provence, St. Paul de Vence is well worth visiting. Walking through the narrow streets of this little old medieval town with its modern and contemporary art ateliers and galleries is absolutely beautiful. The flowers, the roses, the gardens, you feel the bohemian vibes in every corner. If you’re an art lover you should already know that Marc Chagall lived his last years there and that he’s buried in the local cemetery.
My look: Tiered striped cotton-blend maxi dress (30% off on sale) by Stella McCartney, 3Jours small leather tote by Fendi, suede and wooden clogs by Miu Miu, rose diamond necklace by Piaget and «Blow in Case of Fashion Emergency» necklace by Chanel,

Greetings from Ibiza! I was so happy to sport my new book clutch I got at the Eden Being Cabana Pop-up Boutique for the first time on the Spanish island. Wearing new pieces always feels great, doesn’t it? Time to shop, ladies!
My look: Polka-dot cotton dress by Dolce & Gabbana, Betty bow-embellished suede platform sandals by Saint Laurent, embroidered book clutch by Olympia Le Tan for Cabana x Eden Being, pearl embellished sunglasses and earrings, both by Chanel and golden cuff by Stella McCartney.
The straw hat «Be Bagatelle» is a gift from Bistro Bagatelle, one of my favorite places around the world when it comes to partying, great food and fun with family and friends. They have just opened their spot in Ibiza and it is absolutely worth going there!

Last Friday, I was invited to a very fun birthday party at Widder Garage in Zurich. The dress code said «stars, stripes and polka dots», so I decided to wear all three.
