I always like to explore new designers. One that has caught my eye is Esteban Cortazar who is inspired by his formative years in Miami’s South Beach in the ‘90s, as well as his time working alongside couture seamstresses as Emanuel Ungaro’s Creative Director. “It is a very personal vision; one that empowers women by making them feel beautiful,” he says of his collections.
My look: Asymmetric one-shoulder ribbed stretch-knit dress and ruffled cotton-trimmed ribbed stretch-knit leggings, both by Esteban Cortazar, Elephant striped leather shoulder bag by Loewe, goat hair-trimmed leather pumps by Gucci, smiley emoji black pearl crystal long necklace, carved pearls necklace and wide cuff, all by Chanel.

Hello from Lugano that is one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland for me. Ticino’s lush, mountain-rimmed lake isn’t its only worth visiting asset. Walking along the flowery promenade on a sunny day is absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for a wonderful meeting. Here you can feel how close Italy is…
My look: Embellished striped wool and linen-blend and leather bomber jacket and Paris ankle boots
, both by Saint Laurent, jacquard-knit mini dress by Alexander McQueen, Joyce embellished leather shoulder bag by Loewe, grosgrain bow brooch
and aviator-style metal sunglasses, both by Gucci.

Sometimes you need to distance yourself to see things clearly. When you go on an important date, I always recommend to try your outfit beforehand and then consult your pillow. The next morning, you will know if you feel secure about it or not. What you wear could discern how confident you feel about yourself. Don’t underestimate the power of an outfit! For this look, I decided last minute to add the denim shirt which gave the floral dress an unexpected twist.
My look: Midnight blue long military-style coat by Gucci, Lucy printed dress by Erdem, stretch-denim shirt
by Balmain, Songe pumps in cracked leather by Dior, choker with evil eye symbol by Chanel, star embellished faux-leather Boston bag by Stella McCartney and «Diorette» ring by Dior Haute Joaillerie.

Last Tuesday I flew to Paris with Ruinart for a special event that I will tell you more about this week. Being in the French capital with its sophistication, style and allure, I felt like wearing lace, bows and pearls, one of my favourite combinations.
My look: Feather cape with contrasting bow and lace lining and pussy-bow velvet-trimmed lace dress, both by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, lace-up leather pumps by Saint Laurent, large classic flap bag in caviar leather and smiley emoji black pearl crystal long necklace, both by Chanel, Agnes felt hat with net veil by Gucci.

Fashion can be quite challenging as it likes to back and forth between faux-pas and the ultimate trends. What was an absolute no-go is now the must-have of the season. This summer it is the combination of heels and socks that shows the trendsetter. Grab a pair of heels, a pair of great socks and off you go. Here are the best ones available:

From left to right: Bow-embellished stretch-lace socks by Gucci,
striped cotton-blend knee socks by Marc Jacobs, lace-up ribbed cotton knee socks by Prada and intarsia knitted socks by Vetements + Reebok.

From left to right: Striped sequined stretch-mesh socks
by Gucci, Little William embellished ribbed cotton-blend socks by Gucci, ruffled wool-blend socks by Alexander McQueen and star-intarsia knitted socks
by Givenchy.

I am embracing the trend with those lace socks by Dolce & Gabbana.

My favorite season is spring and I truly adore those first sunny days when you can feel the warm weather is on its way, slowly but surely. Here you see me in Zurich at the lake, enjoying some free time in between my travels.
My look: Floral print with tiger sweatshirt, skinny denim pant with embroidery
and feline earrings with crystals, all by Gucci, cotton collar by Carven, Sac Du Jour leather tote
and Janis pumps with studs
, both by Saint Laurent, «Tank Américaine in yellow gold and diamonds» by Cartier and «Diorette» ring by Dior Haute Joaillerie and sunglasses «Oeil de Chat» by Chanel.

Pink is trending this summer and I love it combined with burgundy. It is an unusual color combination that I wore to the dinner I recently had with Frédéric Malle (for the previous post about it, click here please).
My look: Fox fur cape by Givenchy, wool and silk dress by Valentino, embellished satin pumps by Miu Miu, cat eye metal mirrored sunglasses by Fendi, flower resin necklace by Gucci, velvet Boy Bag in burgundy by Chanel.

In the world of fashion, Gucci is the hot ticket at the moment! Alessandro Michele’s revolution is still going on strong season after season and may have not yet reached its final peek yet. His newest must-have is the Gucci Queercore shoe collection, which honors the eponymous 1980s gay punk movement. Serpents on the heels, bees and multi-straps, you just have to choose the model and the color!
Have fun!

Nothing has changed since last winter… more is more is still the motto, this is what the S/S 2017 season is all about! With fashion in a maximalist mood, accessories have kept their center stage. On the runways, kitten heels are back, earrings were bigger than ever, and one bag is definitely not enough. New? The marriage of socks and boots. The forecast: Get ready for your another sumptuous season!
