There is no color that looks more feminine as red. It is always eyecatching and the perfect hue for the Christmas season. Here you see me wearing it at the ASW party at the Palace Hotel in Gstaad two weeks ago.

Zurich has a new hot spot. Last week, HATO opened its doors at Brandschenkestrasse 20 (reservations +41 44 280 1880, zurich @hato-restaurants.com). The restaurant’s chef Nathan Dallimore brings the bold flavors of «Fine Asian Cuisine» and fresh sushi to every dining experience. Before today’s official start, I had the honor to try all the culinary highlights during an intimate lunch. The food is absolutely excellent, my favorite is the vegan «Soya Duck Salad» (see photo below). The interior is stylish and intimate at once, curtains can separate certain areas. There is also a special LALIQUE room for  private occasions. On Thursday, the VIP opening party took place… enjoy the pics.

Yesterday, just one night after the world premiere in London, I attended the Swiss preview of the latest James Bond thriller SPECTRE in the presence of actors Naomi Harris and Dave Bautista at Zurich’s Hallenstadion as guest of Omega.

I have to admit that the product placement of Bond’s Omega watch is fabulous and funny. Once you watch it, you will know what I am talking about.

Last night’s event marked the largest Swiss premiere ever with almost 4500 guests attending the cinematic happening. After the screening, I enjoyed the VIP party in the foyer with my best friend.

ABOUT SPECTRE

A cryptic message from the past leads James Bond (Daniel Craig) to Mexico City and Rome, where he meets the beautiful widow (Monica Bellucci) of an infamous criminal. After infiltrating a secret meeting, 007 uncovers the existence of the sinister organization Spectre. Needing the help of the daughter of an old nemesis (Lea Seydoux), he embarks on a mission to find her. As Bond ventures toward the heart of Spectre, he discovers a chilling connection between himself and the enemy (Christoph Waltz) he seeks.

The movie is definitely worth watching and I will do so again this Friday before it will officially hit the Swiss cinemas on November 5, 2015 at the ASW Top Secret Dinner, Pre-Screening and After Party. Hope to see you there!

This was the outfit I wore to the IWC Gala Dinner last Saturday in Zurich. A great strapless dress that stays in place during a long night of dancing and fun.

Last Saturday, I attended the Kispiball 2015 (Kispi is an abbreviation for Kinderspital which means children’s hospital in German) that takes place each year at the Baur au Lac hotel in Zurich. It is one of my favorite charity events of the Swiss social calendar that raises money for the city’s children’s hospital.

The ’70s are in full swing – literally – as fringe is having a well-deserved moment. Shimmying and shivering, they offer a great way into the season’s retro mood.

Generally speaking, sequins got a huge upgrade during the last seasons, they are definitely no longer for the night time party girls only, they look sophisticated for the office, your shopping trip or wherever you like to go. Sequins can easily transition from day and night and don’t forget they provide an instant light on your face! I wore this dress in Los Angeles during the day (for the previous post, please click here) and yesterday in Sardinia at Forte Village for a night out dancing.

As you already know, I am on vacation in Sardinia, staying at the beautiful Forte Village resort in the Villa del Parco hotel which is surrounded by lush gardens and a magic forest. Curly hair, only a little lipgloss, then you know, I am on holidays…

When it comes to travelling, I love to pack Missoni and Hervé Léger because both brands make clothes that are timeless, don’t wrinkle and are easy to stuff in a suitcase. Can you imagine that I bought this dress around 12 years ago?!

The dress code for Chopard‘s Gold Party during the Cannes Film Festival (photos will be coming up shortly) said «glamourous with a touch of gold». A great opportunity to wear for the first time my new Chanel clutch that says: «Je ne suis pas en solde», which basically means «I am not for sale». The perfect statement for all non gold diggers!

I always like to add an unexpected twist to an outfit. This time with those metallic ankle boots that caught all attention when they peeped out under my gown.

The last days here in Los Angeles have been magic like always. There is something about this city that makes me feel like I have arrived, that makes me want to embrace the world. I am leaving today but will be back in 10 days… here you see me outside of the Smashbox Studios in Culver City where Davis Factor himself photographed me yesterday.
