Last night, I went to the Zurich opera ball (remember last year?) and only slept two hours. Sorry that I didn’t take some pictures of my outfit, I needed a photo-free evening. But I actually wore the same dress as for La Soirée Monegasque. When I got home pretty late, I still had to pack for Paris Fashion Week. Here you see me at the airport this morning.

I bought mine in Zurich.) and Spectra trolley by Victorinox.

Very tired but all excited for some new adventures! Bonjour Paris!

I am so tired of winter. Spring fever is in full swing and what better way to greet this eponymous season than with some whimsical butterflies, cute little ladybugs and some vibrant colors.

Clinique has been launching a limited edition every year since quite a while loved by fans of their fragrances all around the world. The latest one for 2013 – Clinique Happy in Bloom arrives in a new flacon with an illustration of cheerful flowers and ladybugs and is reminiscent of a dewy morning. In Switzerland in stores beginning of March 2013.

I loved Hilary Swank‘s look that she wore to the pre-Oscar charity brunch to celebrate the Montblanc and UNICEF Signature For Good 2013 initiative. The Hollywood actress looked stunning in this off-white outfit combined with metallic accessories.

One dress – two ways. I am so in love with my tiger print dress by Mulberry from the F/W 2012 collection, a versatile piece that works for chic as well as for casual occasions. Personally speaking, I think that Emma Hill, Creative Director of Mulberry, has brought the British label to an amazing level of style. I have become quite a fan of her designs. Let’s have a look at Miu Miu‘s S/S 2013 ad campaign that is formed of a series of mise-en-scenes and still lives, in a mysterious domestic setting. The muted tones and painterly light of the theatrical setting highlight the vibrant vitality of the cast.

Photographed by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in New York, the campaign follows Miu Miu’s tradition of subverting traditional advertising imagery, this season offering a fresh view of contemporary femininity, rich with nuance and authenticity. High and low materials meet in rooms that have no sense of time or place, bleached wooden paneling and ruby red satin mirroring the duality of materials in the collection.

The cast itself embodies the many facets of a woman’s personality, femme fatales and innocent ingénues, playful belles and nostalgic beauties. This diverse constellation of women share their own private language, in an intimate series of poetic interactions. Nonchalant groupings and abstract close ups reflect both a harmonious closeness and their distinct individuality. Looking in through doors and windows that seem to lead to another world, we encounter a new kind of elegance in this seductive celebration of contemporary femininity.

I spent New Year’s Eve at the beautiful resort we are staying at in Doha.
My sparkling look to welcome 2013: Swarovski embellished dress by Blumarine, sparkling clutch and matching suede pumps, both by Gucci, crystal and pearl necklace and crystal bead embellished earrings, both by Miu Miu.

Keeping to an old Spanish and Italian tradition, I was wearing red underwear on New Year’s Eve as a symbol of good luck for the upcoming year.

Here is the fifth and final look that I wore for the shoot with Swiss News magazine:

Belted wool-crepe tunic, wool-crepe straight-leg pants, both by Miu Miu, bi-colour glittering ankle boots by Chanel, Muse Two bag by Yves Saint Laurent and hat by Louis Vuitton.

This look makes me always feel like escaping from everyday life. I love the ’60s vibe and the vibrant turquoise hue. It is comfortable and stylish in one!
