A celebration of femininity with a punk undertone – something that Christopher Kane knows how to deliver best. This dress is one of my new favorites – worn here in the kitchen of the Maestro Suite at The Dolder Grand. Topped of with this fun Moschino bag, it definitely makes heads turn…. housewife chic at its best!
My look: Lace and duchesse silk-satin mini dress by Christopher Kane, orange ostrich feather cape by Gucci, Betty patent-leather platform pumps by Saint Laurent, washing machine round leather tote bag by Moschino and marabou-trimmed crystal clip earrings by Alessandra Rich.

Fashion – this is my love. Classically inspired – masterfully staged – just like the beautiful Maestro Suite at The Dolder Grand hotel in Zurich that is an homage to music and Herbert von Karajan housed in the tower of the Main Building over two floors. My favorite part during my stay was playing the Steinway grand piano – the second of only three ever made jubilee replicas based on the first Steinway B211 grand built in 1836.
I hope you like my outfit that would be perfect for a New Year’s Eve party, don’t you think?
My look: Crystal-embellished printed velvet maxi dress by Paco Rabanne, New Year’s Party 2 appliquéd embroidered canvas clutch by Olympia Le-Tan, Silver-tone, crystal and satin choker by Miu Miu, and Edwige embellished satin sandals by Saint Laurent.

Last weekend, I celebrated several occasions in London and had a fantastic time. Before I left for dinner at The Arts Club, we took these photos in my Park Suite at the Como Metropolitan hotel. Completed renovated in fall 2015, this luxury minimalist boutique hotel is perfectly located in Mayfair. If you stay there, don’t miss the Asian-style spa, Nobu restaurant and the slinky cocktail bar.
My look: Double-breasted embellished crepe blazer, embellished crepe mini dress and champagne bottle bag, all by Moschino, metallic and matte leather pumps by Saint Laurent, and logo earrings by Chanel.

«After rain there’s a rainbow, after a storm there’s calm, after the night, there’s a morning, and after an end, there’s a new beginning.»
When I was with my beloved Mary Katrantzou in Athens for her S/S 2020 show, I was reminded of this beautiful quote. The day of the event, we had a crazy storm followed by a rainbow, and then a beautiful calm afternoon and night. We shot the photos at my hotel, the Four Seasons Athens. that I can absolutely recommend.
For S/S 2017, Mary had looked back to her childhood visit to the ancient palace of Knossos, on Crete. I thought it is the perfect time to finally sport this dress with Minoan goddesses, Cretan murals and the silhouetted paintings on Greek vases and plates.
My look: Chariot print dress by Mary Katrantzou, platform leather pumps by Gucci, Vicky quilted patent leather wallet on a chain by Saint Laurent, silver-plated, Swarovski crystal and faux pearl clip earrings by Miu Miu, and crystal aviator sunglasses by Chanel.
My last weeks were quite «stormy», but now I can feel the calm coming… so much to show you. Stay tuned!

This week, I spent an amazing four days with Net-à-Porter at the romantic 5-star luxury resort Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscan countryside. Situated near Siena, the hotel offers an incredible experience with a holistic spa, cooking school, Michelin-starred restaurant, 270-acre organic farm, vineyards and 13-acre beautifully manicured gardens where we shot the photos in this comfortable yet stylish crochet look. More coming up soon from Borgo Santo Pietro …

Capes appeared on the fashion radar last year in full force, when an array of designers put their high-fashion spin on this classic cover-up. Personally speaking, I have been a fan of capes since forever because they are the perfect pieces to wear over voluminous shoulders, big sleeves or embellishments. The trend is thankfully still going strong and giving us good incentive to go hands-free when we wrap up this season. My advice, opt for a statement piece that will make heads turn. It can be inspired by the current ’70s bourgeoisie trend, come with a military vibe, be vibrant or knitted. Here are my favorite ones available with the power to elevate even the plainest of outfits.

Last Friday, I arrived in my happy place which is my old hometown Munich. Before the official start of Oktoberfest on Saturday, I went out with friends on Friday night wearing this quite daring dress. Unfortunately, it is always hard to find someone who is not only willing to take some photos and but also capable of doing so. This time, it was obviously a difficult task:-) – men can be so uncooperative – but I hope that you still enjoy this post.
My look: One-shoulder satin-trimmed crepe mini dress and feather cape, both by Balmain, black calf leather lace up Janis pumps by Saint Laurent, Satin Touch 20 denier stay-up stockings by Wolford, black and white grained leather bag with gold-tone metal details and single earring, both by Chanel.

Last weekend, I was invited to a birthday party in Fribourg with the dress code «Choose a Quentin Tarantino Movie Character». The possibilities are versatile but one that I truly liked and that looks great in daily life is the style of Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) in Pulp Fiction. The 1994 movie is known for its many twists, but most poignant of all is her dance with Vincent Vega (John Travolta). It’s in that scene that Mia sports the outfit that has inspired one of the most popular Halloween costumes of the last two decades, with a white button down shirt as the quintessential piece combined with black cropped pants.
My look: Bandage flared pants by Hervé Léger, cotton-poplin shirt, sequined gun shoulder bag, and Janis suede platform pumps, all by Saint Laurent, Petit Jardin embroidered stretch-tulle underwired bra by La Perla, and diamond ring by Vainard Fine Jewellery.
You’ll never watch that scene the same way again when I tell you what else made it so iconic for a fashion lover. It was the nail polish on Mia’s fingers. First debuted at the F/W 1994 CHANEL show, Le Vernis Rouge Noir made its screen debut in Pulp Fiction 25 years ago. Until today, the hue is still one of the most coveted—and questionably duped—color in both fashion and beauty history.
I really like this hair style (the wig is from atop.ch). What do you think? Time to get a new hair cut?
