Saint Laurent Catsuits

I am such a huge catsuit fan. Why is that you might ask? I love dancing and a jumpsuit is the perfect outfit for a night out. Therefore I was over the moon when I spotted the Saint Laurent S/S 2022 runway collection. Comfortable, yet sexy, those sultry styles are the perfect addition to my wardrobe. In a strapless cut with a reverse-halter neckline, or long-sleeved with floral prints, there are many options to choose from. The common thread? They are all designed in a slinky slim fit to define and flatter your figure.

Here is a summary of the best styles available (and great news is … the jumpsuits are staying for F/W 2022).

It’s a Headwrap

Don’t shampoo this summer, because headwraps will salvage dirty hair days more than just any other trending accessory. On top, they are the perfect tool to absorb sweat during these hot temperatures. While being in Saint Tropez, they are my on-the-go item when I don’t have time to fix my hair after the beach. Put it on and it’s literally a wrap.

A-listers like Beyoncé, Chrissy Teigen, and Sarah Jessica Parker love them and even that they have never truly left, they’re now on-trend. While you may think headwraps are a daring accessory, wearing one is easier than you might think – and in the end, how you wear it will depend on your own personal style. Headwraps are a versatile garment, pairing well everything from your favourite jeans or leather jacket, to skirts and sneakers. Below is my selection of the best ones available at the moment.

My Look: Fresh Signature

A fresh signature look – sometimes we have to take some time off to clear our minds and find out in which direction we want to go in the future. As easy as it sounds, it can be hard to unwind from your daily duties. But when you take action, you begin to feel better almost immediately. In the summer, I always take some time off my social media, my work, even that it doesn’t seen like this to you as I am still posting daily. It is just well prepared beforehand. I need this time off.

At least once or twice a year, I also go to Clinique La Prairie, where I indulge in a rejuvenating journey for my body and my mind. Here you see me after my stay in a beautiful black and white look.

My Look: Fendace

I have to admit that it took me some time to get used to all the current designer collaborations. However, one that has fully convinced me is FENDACE, a first in fashion history as two houses swap roles, Versace by Fendi and Fendi by Versace. After hitting the shelves, the FENDACE collection has proven to be quite the sensational hit. I shot one of my favorite looks from the collaboration inside the very instagrammable restaurant Soul Street at FIVE Zurich!

My look: Fendace cutout jumper, Fendace denim patchwork mini skirt, and Fendace logo boots with gold buckle, all by Versace, vintage fur Baguette bag with eagle closure by Fendi, and grooved cabochon clip earringsicon by Saint Laurenticon.

My Look: Tropical Date

What would you wear for a tropical date? I went for this beautiful high-low dress. It is a form of asymmetrical dress, typically longer at the back, and shorter at the front. The ruffles add to the tropical vibe. The photos were taken in Puerto Rico at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, a resort I can only recommend and that I will show you more about very soon.

My Look: Roma

Rome or Roma as the locals call their home, the Eternal City, with its unique and fascinating history, its thousand churches, palaces and fountains; Rome, where behind every corner and building lies a secret to be discovered, a legend to be told, history to be revealed, is also home to many famous fashion brands.

The country’s contribution to fashion is vast and its capital is no exception. Many designers come from Rome, such as Elsa Schiapparelli who was born there in 1890, Giambattista Valli, and of course the famous houses of Fendi and Valentino, along the jewelry brand Bulgari. Valentino will present his next F/W 2022 Couture show on July 8 in Piazza Mignanelli, home to the company’s storied headquarters, and a stone’s throw away from the Spanish Steps.

The Italian obsession with looking good is nothing new. It is contagious. So I photographed this fun summer look from the Versace S/S 2021 runway in front of the famous Colosseum, the largest standing amphitheatre in the world, that began to be built under between 72 and 80 AD.

My look: Ruffled embellished cady and plissé mini dress, padded-shoulder denim jacket in blue, icon Trésor de la Mer gold-tone crystal chokericon, Trésor de la Mer gold-tone crystal braceleticon, and Trésor de la Mer gold-tone crystal earrings, all by Versace, black calf leather lace up Janis pumps by Saint LaurentRoyal Oak 37mm 18-karat frosted rose gold watch by Audemars Piguet, and waist bag with chains and pearls, all by CHANEL.

My Look: Mystical NYC

Mystical New York City… I was three times in the American metropole last month and every time I experienced different weather, from sunny blue skies to freezing temperatures to lots of rain. However, the latter didn’t stop me to photograph my outfits. Surprisingly, the rainy backdrop added an interesting touch to the photos. I love how the transparency of the dress blends in with the concrete of the city. And I finally got to wear my new boots from the Jimmy Choo x Mugler collaboration.

My Look: Fifth Ave

90s fashion is making a comeback and I couldn’t be any happier as it reminds me so much of my childhood days. It was the time of the supermodels and Prada’s famous nylon backpack. Browsing through fashion magazines as a yojnI manifested the idea to become an editor one day. This week, a dream came true and I visited the VOGUE offices in NYC.

The next day I strolled down Fifth Ave in this ’90s inspired outfit.
