My Look: Warrior

«Fashion is a weapon that you can use when you need it.»  – Donatella Versace

Society’s ever-adapting fashion trends provide an opportunity for us to communicate our own message through our sense of style. Fashion is so much more than bags and brand names — it is a bridge between our inner and outer worlds, a medium for artistic expression, a call to creativity and self-exploration. Fashion is a weapon, use it wisely, as it can be one of the most powerful tools you have. It can be your magic confidence booster, and a tool to manipulate others how they conceive you. Be your own warrior!

My look: Tailored blazer by Balmain, Louis mini dress by Annie’s Ibiza x Clio Peppiatt, VSLING mini top handle handbag in black with sparkling embroideryicon, and studded Tan-Go platform pumps, both by Valentino, Eyota net stockings by Fogal, and crystal-embellished braided choker by Alessandra Rich.

My Look: Art or Not

Art or not?! This questions touches on the debate wether fashion is considered art and if it should be collected the same way art is. I have seen fashion as art all my life and have been collecting for over 30 years. Today, it shows that I was right. High-fashion items have appreciated in value over time, much like art, making them valuable collectibles, . If you visit the Sotheby’s Salon at Bucherer, you will find many treasures that are hard to get and that have increased in value. It is a shopping haven for all fashion lovers and collectors!

My look: Oversized double-breasted two-tone wool-blend crepe blazericon, matching pleated wool-blend crepe shortsicon, and studded Tan-Go platform pumps, all by Valentino, lingerie shirt by Schiaparelli, Faubourg Birkin 20 in So Black matte alligator with black hardware by Hermès, and yellow diamonds pear shape earrings (25.31 carat fancy deep yellow, VS1, 25.33 carat fancy brownish Yellow, VVS1, 4.8 carat white diamonds, H-I, with GIA certificates), available at The Sotheby’s Salon.
