Ultra violet may be the Pantone Color of the Year 2018, but this S/S 2018 season is all about lilac. The fresh pastel shade was all over the runways shows, starting at Victoria Beckham to Tibi to Roland Mouret. Needless to say that other purple shades were also featured, but the light version is the hue that won everyone over.
It looks so beautiful on dresses and I like wearing it head-to-toe.

«Today is a good day», a mantra we should always tell ourselves. If we feel comfortable in our skin, it is most likely to be a great one. So let’s start with the perfect outfit in the morning. Here you see me on my way to the Bulgari fragrance presentation at Shui Tang in Zurich’s Niederdorf (click here for the previous post) happy as a bug… as I really love my new shoes!
My look: Eska cut-out leather seamed drape dress by Tibi, nude cardigan with elbow patches by Prada, belted leather jacket and fringed cracked-leather pumps, both by Gucci, Cara Delevingne studded leather backpack by Mulberry, «Dior Split» sunglasses and «Tribale» earrings, both by Dior.

Do you have OTS? No worries, it’s not a disease, OTS stands for off-the-shoulder. Those necklines are a must this S/S 2016 season and one of my favorite silhouettes. OTS tops with exaggerated sleeves amplify simple outfits while giving unique looks to them. This summer, they can be found everywhere, here are some of the best ones available now:
1 Maylin crinkled silk-georgette top by Elizabeth and James
2 Cutout silk-satin top by Tibi
3 Off-the-shoulder printed fil coupé top by See by Chloé
4 Off-the-shoulder striped cotton-poplin top by J.W.Anderson
5 Cropped velvet-trimmed crepe and basketweave top by Proenza Schouler
A great piece to create a different evening look: off-the-shoulder cropped silk-moire top by Alessandra Rich.

Zurich weather can be so unpredictable. I left the house to attend a spring brunch in full sunshine and when we took the photos of my look in the afternoon, the clouds were grey and it started raining. Such a pity!

Sometimes when you are stressed and you only got five minutes to dress, the result turns out to be one of your favorite looks. This happened to me last week when I put together those pieces in a hurry and really liked the style. Isn’t the color of this long powder blue coat just divine?!
