Greetings from beautiful Villa d’Este in Como, Italy where I am at the moment with Acqua di Parma for the presentation of their new fragrance Rosa Nobili. The photos of the event will be coming up shortly. Here you see me at the hotel before leaving to the gala dinner.
My look: Black liquid lamé jumpsuit and blue suede fringe shoulder bag, both by Gucci. Tribute sandals by Saint Laurent, diamond rose necklace, ring and Limelight Gala watch, all by Piaget, diamond earrings by Cartier.

As you know, I was recently in Los Angeles with Piaget. It has been one of the best trips ever to my favorite city in the world. I have so many amazing impressions to show you. At the moment, I am working my way through the millions of photos. Here is a teaser post of the outfit I wore to the cocktail party Piaget hosted at the Viceroy hotel in Santa Monica.
My look: Blue bandage gown by Hervé Leger, Tribute sandals by Saint Laurent, embellished clutch with peacock feathers by Matthew Williamson, statement necklace by Lanvin, rose diamond ring and Limelight Gala watch by Piaget.
At the Piaget cocktail reception with Mousse Jacquier and Miss Switzerland 2005 Lauriane Gilliéron whom you might recognize from the recent Nespresso commercial with George Clooney and Matt Damon.

This was my outfit I wore to the Piaget Rose Garden Party at my place. I kept it very simple to draw attention to the beautiful diamonds. The semi-sheer style of my dress is precisely lined to provide coverage exactly where it’s needed and to show skin in the right spots.
Shop my look: Crochet-knit gown by Missoni, Tribute patent-leather sandals and Betty leather shoulder bag, both by Saint Laurent, diamond rose ring, necklace and Limelight Gala watch, all by Piaget.

This look makes me feel like a princess. It is amazing how Mary Katrantzou expertly placed the vivid prints on her Harp Hazzard dress from the S/S 2012 runway. You can wear the floor-sweeping floral-print train with bare legs and elegant sandals, or detach it to transform this patterned piece into a thigh-grazing mini.
Louis Vuitton‘s tiara from the S/S 2012 fashion show complements the outfit perfectly. You can wear it over the hair to give it more volume (as seen on me) or under.
My look: Harp Hazzard printed silk-twill dress with detachable train by Mary Katrantzou (also available without train), Tribute chain-detailed suede sandals by Yves Saint Laurent and tiara by Louis Vuitton.

Last night, I went to the Zurich Opera Ball. This is a black tie event taking place once a year at the opera house which marks a highlight on Switzerland’s event calendar.
My look: Cobalt blue silk-crepe gown by Stella McCartney, silk-organza floral collar (such a versatile piece that instantly transforms even the simplest of looks) and Angelica silk-satin appliquéd clutch, both by Gucci, Tribute violet suede sandals by Yves Saint Laurent, statement bracelet by Louis Vuitton, Lady Excalibur watch by Roger Dubuis and Diorette ring by Dior Haute Joaillerie.
I truly like those colours, cobalt blue mixed with different berry shades, together.
What do you think?

For my second look of the LuisaViaRoma Total Styling Lab, I took inspiration from the punk-rock trend but added a little glamourous twist to it – meaning less rebellion and more sophistication! I hope that you will like it.
