Being a bridesmaid is a huge honor as you are asked to play an important role in your friend’s special day. Two years ago, one of my closest sweethearts asked me to be her bridesmaid. She was dreaming of this celebration for a long time and had a clear vision as she wanted all of us to wear a different pastel shade.
A rainbow of colors
So first, we divided the different hues among us bridesmaids and each of us got her own dress (fabulous idea – I hate these typical bridesmaid dresses in polyester that force you to wear something you would never ever touch otherwise). The only promise we had to give was to look for a flowing fabric like chiffon.
My look: Embellished pleated silk-chiffon gown by Matthew Williamson, laser-cut leather and suede platform sandals by Alaïa, diamond necklace and ring, both by Vainard Fine Jewellery.
A true friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words and who carries you back to dinner when your Alaïa heels would be ruined otherwise… and I will always be a bridesmaid for her in my heart!

Recently, I was invited to a beautiful masquerade ball in Venice to celebrate the 10th wedding anniversary of my friends, Kristina and Piero, at exactly the same location they had tied the knot a decade ago. The dresscode was black and red with headdress. Wearing a Venetian mask with feathers makes you feel truly mysterious. What a fantastic night, thank you!
My look: Rilla crochet cage stitch gown by Hervé Léger, Monogramme Kate studded leather shoulder bag and cutout leather platform pumps, both by Saint Laurent, cashmere scarf in black and white by Chanel, earrings and choker both by Dior, diamond rose ring by Piaget, diamond bracelet and diamond ring, both by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

While you are reading this, I am on my way to the Cannes Film Festival. I always have a great time there and have so many wonderful memories such as the dinner I attended with the lovely film crew of «High Strung» and Swarovski. As I am a ballerina myself, I absolutely adore this movie.
Dancing with the main actors: Jane Seymour, Nicholas Galitzine and Keenan Kampa.
The plot is about a hip hop violinist is busking in the New York subway. When he encounters a classical dancer on scholarship at the Manhattan Conservatory of the Arts, sparks fly. With the help of a hip hop dance crew they must find a common ground while preparing for a competition that could change their lives forever.
My look that night: Black embellished cocktail dress and cutout leather platform pumps, both by Saint Laurent, embellished clutch by Balmain, Limelight Gala watch
by Piaget, leather bracelet by Hermès, diamond ring and bracelet, both by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

Gosh, I am so in love with these Balenciaga heels that I first presented you a few weeks ago, I could literally run around in them the whole day (when it is not raining… the satin fabric doesn’t like water at all). They are not only beautiful, but also really comfortable.
My look: Fuchsia wool coat and embellished satin pumps in pink, both by Balenciaga, Rexana ruffled cotton-blend top and Sidney trousers in black, both by Erdem, clutch by Prada, earrings by Chanel, ring and diamond bracelet by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

One of my favorite quotes says «a smile is the prettiest thing you can wear». I think it is so true. You can wear the most amazing clothes but with no positive attitude, they will look only half as beautiful. Here you see me having a lot of fun shooting the social media campaign for Montblanc‘s «Urban Spirit» line.
My look: Dark blue lace dress, studded bag, velvet mohawk pumps, thin black and gold belt, matching choker (all from previous collections) and new lace-up denim bustier belt, all by Prada, diamond ring by Vainard Fine Jewellery.
And smile, it is Valentine’s Day – time to get spoiled!

Thank you, Andrea, for always putting a smile on my face when I am in front of your camera!
Last Thursday, I flew to Munich for a very interesting press conference with Neutrogena. After I landed back in Zurich at 10pm, I went straight to a friend’s cocktail party. I knew I wouldn’t have time to change, therefore I planned my outfit precisely. Metallics are always a great way to work day and night, adding the right shimmer especially in artificial light.
My look: Black long shearling coat by Prada, metallic lace-trimmed cotton-blend cardigan and ruffled crinkled silk-chiffon blouse, both by Gucci, appliquéd leather and lace skirt by Jason Wu, large classic flap bag in caviar leather by Chanel, Spring Garden brocade knee boots by Valentino and diamond ring by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

Up the style stakes in this dazzling bottle green pocket watch dress from Dolce & Gabbana’s fairytale-inspired F/W 2016 collection that I wore to the launch event of Audemars Piguet‘s new Royal Oak Frosted Gold at Palazzo Vecchio in Florence last week. Couldn’t this be a better match? It definitely made me feel like Alice in Wonderland…
My look: Pocket watch-appliqué crepe midi dress and Dolce embellished printed leather shoulder bag, both by Dolce & Gabbana, black jacket, goat hair-trimmed leather pumps and drop flower earrings with green crystals, all by Gucci, diamond ring and bracelet, both by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

This was my look that I wore to the de Grisogono gala «Folies in Cannes» during the 69th Cannes Film Festival at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. I love wearing Hervé Léger gowns as they are comfortable, sexy and ladylike at once and the best is that they are great to pack in a suitcase as they don’t wrinkle.
My look: Striped tiered feather jacket by Givenchy, Isidora emerald green gown by Hervé Léger, leather clutch by Prada, leather platform pumps by Gucci, rose diamond ring by Piaget, earrings by Chanel, diamond ring and bracelet, both by Vainard Fine Jewellery and Tonda 1950 Set Clarity watch by Parmigiani Fleurier.

Yesterday, before the big launch party at Pier 36 in NYC, I went to the H&M Showroom on Fifth Avenue for the press conference where I was able to explore the Kenzo x H&M collection and to speak with amazing Carol Lim and Humberto Leon. The interview and the report from the party last night will be coming up shortly.
My look: Blouse by Chloé, pleated brocade mini skirt and tiger-embroidered leather shoulder bag, both by Kenzo, multi colored suede sandals by Yves Saint Laurent, mirrored sunglasses by Chanel and diamond ring by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

While you are reading this, I am on my way to NYC again for the launch party of Kenzo x H&M. October has been a crazy travel month so far and fighting jet lag takes a lot of discipline. Therefore I was extremely happy to spend the weekend at the Grand Resort Bag Ragaz where I could just relax and chill. I truly need this «time off» in between those crazy weeks. Here you see me in the park of the hotel on Sunday enjoying the beautiful autumn sun and being already in a «Kenzo» mood.
My look: Chunky striped mohair wool coat and matching hat, both by Chloé, printed cotton-jersey T-shirt and printed cotton-jersey track pants, both by Kenzo, Ace embroidered low-top leather trainers and Dionysus medium embellished coated canvas shoulder bag, both by Gucci, diamond ring by Vainard Fine Jewellery, «So Real» sunglasses by Dior and Tonda 1950 Set Clarity watch by Parmigiani Fleurier.
