Yesterday I showed you the best dot tights for this season. They are a very good investment. This strong trend is staying for F/W 2011. Get ready to cover yourself in all manners of dots. On coats, dresses and on the legs, right on the spot and so hot!

Revived already on the last season’s runways, the hype sees no end – dot tights are still hot. The chic, French hosiery is the perfect lightweight alternative to heavy textured tights, these mostly-sheer hose provide ample leg coverage and a large dose of fun!
The trick to pulling off polka dot legs is to pair them with an equally bold patterned dress or top. My favourite ones are by Wolford and Falke.

I arrived in my beautiful embellished silk blouse and the little camel coloured mini skirt, both by Chloé F/W 2010, combined with a shearling waistcoat by Ralph Lauren Black Label and a fur jacket by Prada, both from previous seasons. During the flight, I had perfered staying comfy in my flat suede Louis Vuitton boots from the Cruise 2011 collection. To protect my hair (it is raining in Florence), I put on one of my favourite hats by Balenciaga. Carine Roitfeld loves this one, too as you can see below (Photos: The Sartorialist).
In the evening, I just changed from my honey-coloured „Twenties“ micro-fishnet tights into my new „Rebecca“ tulle-look net tights with small dots, both by Wolford, and finished off my look with my green punk platform pumps by Yves Saint Laurent and my killer clutch by Balmain. Jewelry by Chanel.

This year, Wolford celebrates its 60th anniversary. To honour the event, the Austrian hosiery and lingerie brand is launching a gorgeous special edition set that is limited to only 350 worldwide with each individually numbered.
The collectable item, comprising of an all-in-one panty body combined with matching stockings (which can be worn separately), is made out of fine flower lace with embroidered blossoms and glittering Swarovski crystals. Spotted on the Gucci F/W 2010 runway: Python tights! The new season`s look is ultra seductive and I cannot wait to have this snake-patterned lace on my legs.
When it comes to hosiery, my favourite brand is by far Wolford. The quality is just amazing, the designs are up-to-date and the products provide maximum comfort. The F/W 2010 collection, which will be in stores approximately mid-June, includes wonderful python legwear similar to the catwalk ones above but with a much better price-performance ratio.
To keep my promise and you posted, here is also the preview of Wolford`s leopard hosiery. Aren`t those divine? Available in four different colour combinations: sahara beige/black, black/black, green/black and fuchsia/black.
