With all the safety precautions I am honestly so not in the mood for traveling somewhere. And to be honest, there is no need to with these beautiful sunny temperatures in Switzerland at the moment. This is by far my favorite look of the season. It just makes me so happy. Dior’s Dioraura collection is inspired by the creative community, Monte Verità, located close to Ascona in Switzerland. The beautiful pieces all feature muted rainbow colors reminiscent of the sunset, reflecting the themes of aura and energy. In today’s troubled time, it sends also a message: the rainbow knows no gender! It stands for diversity and is a symbol of peace. The same goes for Hublot‘s new Big Bang Millennial Pink, whose color involves everything from gender roles to ideas of beauty, evolution, and science. It’s a positive hue that represents a kind of tongue-in-cheek prettiness. It’s a way to be pretty while holding on to your intellectual mindset.

This week was so emotional for me. I had to watch my daughter’s graduation via Youtube as parents were not allowed at the ceremony due to the current corona situation. I am so proud of her and cannot believe that my little girl will be leaving soon to study in Boston. When I picked her up, I wore my very own varsity sweater. Yesterday marked the launch of Louis Vuitton‘s LV Pont 9 shoulder bag. The Maison’s most important bag debut of the year is available in five colours. I went for blue which will officially launch on June 26. This French-chic shoulder bag takes cues from both the past and present, and got its name from the famous Pont Neuf bridge in Paris. The design is a classic silhouette of a flap bag, with smooth curved edges and a vintage appeal.

Any pet lover will say that life just seems better with a dog. The furry friends keep us company, entertain us, comfort us, protect us, and seem to make life fuller and more complete. I grew up with a dog and I still remember those beautiful years at his side. Today, I cannot pass a dog without a little cuddle. Henry kept me company while taking the photos of this floral-print linen outfit that is one of my favorites at the moment.
